1. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently offer shipping to the following countries:

    1. United Kingdom

    2. United States

    3. Canada

    Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders.
    Delivery times and conditions may vary depending on the destination.

    To ensure successful delivery, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
    Please provide a complete and valid street address when placing your order.

    Please note that we currently do not ship to:

    • Alaska

    • Hawaii

    • Guam

    • U.S. military addresses (APO / FPO / DPO)

2. Order Processing and Dispatch

All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

As we use cross-border logistics, estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: approximately 6–10 business days

  • United States: approximately 7–14 business days

  • Canada: approximately 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to peak seasons, customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email and provide your order number.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
